For every EZ LED wall project, online installation support is always available. We always provide comprehensive installation guide documents, drawings, and tutorial videos to help the client’s team understand the whole process. Pre-install meeting can be scheduled to get everyone on the same page on the preparation of the back wall conditions and power & data. On actual installation days we can have online EZ tech standby to answer all questions popping out during the installation process.

Onsite Installation Supervising

Nationwide onsite installation support service is available for customers who needs an EZ LED tech onsite to work their team through the entire installation and commissioning process. EZ LED onsite support tech can supervise the entire install process and offer valuable install tips to make sure every step goes smoothly. After-install training is also available to help the client’s tech run the new LED wall system better in the long run.

Turnkey Installation Service

Nationwide EZ-Certified installation teams are available for clients who need us to do turnkey installations for them. No matter where the LED wall project is in the country, our install team can be there and get the job done nicely.
